Our stock trades on the OTC.BB in the United States under the ticker symbol of KDKN. With the additional listing of our stock (ticker symbol of KDK) on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSX-V) in Q4 2007 and even though we are a foreign reporting issuer, we are required to comply with certain disclosure obligations of the Canadian regulatory system. The 2007 year end reserve reports are filed on IDEA and SEDAR along with our 2007 year end financial statements submission.
